Please clear your cache and upgrade whatever browser you are using to the latest version.
Note that the preferred browser to use the PlayXchange is Google Chrome. If running the most recent version and the issue still persists, try changing to an alternate browser. Alternatively, check the O/S of the device you are running and upgrade to the latest version.
If the issue still persists, log a support ticket and provide as much information as possible, e.g:
- Type of device
- Browser being used
- A screenshot of the issue
- Any other information that may be relevant
