KYC Pending/AML Pending: You have submitted the correct documentation. Please be patient while your KYC submission is approved. No further action is required of you.


KYC Approved/Pending AML: Your KYC submission has been approved. Please be patient while we verify your AML status. No further action is required of you.


KYC Failed: You have failed KYC verification. We recommend reading the KYC Submission Guide in full immediately prior to, or whilst you complete a KYC Submission for manual verification.


AML Failed: You have failed AML verification.


Approved - Pending PlayXchange Approval: You have successfully passed KYC and AML verification. An email will be sent within 10 working days confirming your full verification on the PlayXchange.
