We use an accredited third party in order to conduct KYC checks. This is done by access national identity databases and your information is verified against more than one independent source.


Our accredited third party can only check against 35 countries. Not all PlayChip token holders can be verified via the automated process on the PlayXchange. If you cannot use this service, please submit a manual entry. We strongly recommend that all manual submissions are done immediately following, or whilst you read the KYC Submission Guide.


Furthermore, the data sources offered by each country are not always kept up to date. The service is only as strong as the data it can collect. If you undergo KYC via the automated process on the PlayXchange and fail, please submit a manual entry. We strongly recommend that all manual submissions are done immediately following, or whilst you read the KYC Submission Guide.


Note, after you have submitted your manual entry it will still tell you that your identity verification has been rejected on the PlayXchange. Please ignore this and only follow your ticket submission on the PlayXchange Support Portal for any updates to your KYC ticket.
