Your account on PlayUp needs to be linked to an account on the PlayXchange.



Please go to the PlayXchange and register with an account with the same email address you use on PlayUp. If you used Facebook to log into PlayUp, we recommend using your Facebook email address. If you no longer have access to this address, please register with a different email and see this FAQ after you have completed registration.


Hit the "Login/Register" button in the top right hand corner of the PlayUp page shown below.

You will then be taken to the PlayXchange (PXC). Please then log in if you have already created an account. If you have not created a PXC account, hit the "Don't have an account? Click here to register" button and follow the prompts outlined in the FAQs below. Please be sure to use the same email address as your account on PlayUp.

How do I configure Two-Factor (2FA) Authentication?



After you have registered, hit the "Play" tab and return to PlayUp. Once there you should see a pop up asking you to "Redeem your PlayChips". Hit that button, you will be returned again to the PXC to redeem your tokens and your PLAF balance should be updated in the Dashboard.


If you intend on using your tokens in PlayUp challenges, we recommend that you leave them in PLAF currency. PLA (Paid PlayChips) are currently only available on the platform to Indian users. Once PLAF have been converted to PLA they cannot be converted back to PLAF.
