If you are unable access your account and you are receiving the error "Cannot reset password for the user as there is no registered/verified email or phone number" you should follow the steps below to restore your account access.
- Load the PlayXchange login page
- Enter your email address and enter any string of characters into the password field (must be more than 8 characters)
- You will land on the following page, if you do not receive the email signup code please click the ‘Resend code’ button at the bottom of this window.
Once this step is completed the user should be able to continue with the new account setup process.
