KYC (Know-Your-Customer) is mandatory identity verification for using PlayWallet (PW). All PlayLobby customers must pass KYC verification to withdraw PlayChip.
Currently, KYC is completed manually by:
- Emailing support@playlobby.global
- Logging a support ticket via the PlayWallet Support Portal
